Maritime Contracts and Subcontracts Management Expeditor with Security Clearance

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented senior Maritime Contracts and Subcontracts Management Expeditor to join our team in Oahu, HI. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Validates and manages the expedited delivery of maritime consumables and repair parts for logistics platforms

* Evaluates subcontractor performance in meeting urgent deadlines and coordinates with Port Authorities to bypass logistical delays

* Prepares and maintains comprehensive reports on expedited maritime actions and oversees audit readiness

* Manages and coordinates the rapid insertion of mission systems onto maritime platforms as technologies evolve

* Validates the accuracy of expedited shipping data and port service costs in the Task Order Management Portal

* Coordinates via Technical Status Meetings to identify and resolve gaps in the maritime distribution chain

* Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field

* 10+ years of position-relevant experience

* Advanced proficiency in logistics expediting and OCONUS maritime operations Desired

Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a related field

* 12+ years of position-relevant experience

* Professional certification such as a PMP or specialized logistics credential Security Clearance Requirements:
* Must possess active Public Trust clearance

Physical Requirements:

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and virtual communication which may involve delivering presentations
