Description
Perform data entry and customer service in an office environment.
SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred. Excellent computer skills and communication skills required. Experience with Word and Excel.
Duties- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
- Utilize computing software to input data.
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions.
- Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
