Weld all necessary parts and joints of the trailer according to engineering specifications;
Set up the welding station and use an overhead crane to pick up beams and place them in setup;
Tack weld cross members onto beams and weld suspension buckets onto beams;
Weld king pin nest onto the front of beams and weld front skirt onto beams;
Move trailer to Turn Fixture Welding Station and secure using overhead crane and perform welding in the turn fixture
