Cabinet Assembler

The Cabinet Assembler is responsible for the complete assembly process of a cabinet.

• Must comply with and promote a Safety‑First Culture.
• Place the frame, apply glue, staple panels, install toe kick, place shelves, install corner blocks, doors/skins, and load cabinet pallet for packaging.
• Inspect all parts for cleanliness and flaws; notify Mill team and order correct parts if needed.
• Inspect each completed item for accuracy and finished applications.
• Repair elements of cabinets that have been sent in for servicing.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by manager.

Ability to meet deadlines, exhibit great attention to detail, communicate professionally and concisely. Understanding of standard business practices, problem solving in a rapid environment, client‑first attitude. Familiarity with cabinet fabrication terminology is highly preferred. Ability to use pneumatic tools, meet production quotas, work independently and as part of a team.

• 1‑2 years of cabinet manufacturing experience.
• Experience with pneumatic tools, saws, drills and hand tools.
• Ability to lift +50 lbs. regularly throughout the day.
• Read a tape measure to 1/32nd inch.
• Adhere to 5S principles and responsible for cabinet area housekeeping.
