Volunteer Tutoring Program
We are seeking local volunteers who live or work in San Mateo County to help adult learners improve their reading and writing. No prior teaching experience or educational background is required. We provide training and materials.
Responsibilities- Commit to 1–2 hours per week for at least 6 months.
- Meet with learners in a safe and caring learning environment; either in-person at the Half Moon Bay Library or online via Zoom.
- Local resident of San Mateo County.
- Preferred: experience using Zoom.
