Key Responsibilities for the Job:
Provide comprehensive administrative and office support to operations and management teams
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments as required
Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and paper-based files and records
Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and internal documents
Support data entry, tracking, and reporting related to operational and administrative activities
Assist with processing documentation related to tenants, vendors, and internal workflows
Respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate office logistics, including supplies, mail, and general office organization
Provide ad hoc administrative support to ensure continuity during peak workload periods
Experience & Attributes for Success:
Proven 2+ years experience in a versatile administrative assistant or office support role
Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is considered an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
