Harding Medical is searching for a dedicated Order Clerk to join our Halifax team. In this role, you will accurately enter orders, process invoices, and manage rental inventory details. Your contributions are essential for maintaining high service standards and assisting clients with their healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input customer orders with all necessary information
• Manage invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
• Create and maintain rental agreements accurately
• Keep rental inventory records up to date
• Perform clerical tasks including answering calls and emails
Requirements:
• Experience in administration preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office required
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Clear communication skills across all platforms
