We have an immediate opening at our Halifax operation for Branch Administration Lead.
As our Branch Administration Lead, you will lead and oversee the administrative team supporting the Technical Services and Centralized Services functions. You will provide direction to your direct reports while ensuring accurate, efficient management of work orders, sales orders, invoicing, inventory control, and reporting.

Responsibilities
Preparing correspondence, reports, project files, and other business documents to support branch operations.
Coordinating shipping and receiving of products to support day‑to‑day operations and project requirements.
Ordering materials and products from suppliers and managing delivery schedules to ensure alignment with project deadlines.
Supporting accounting and administrative processes, including generating work orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Maintaining accurate files and records in both paper and electronic formats in accordance with company standards.
Providing administrative support to sales, estimating, operations, and other branch team members as required.
Promoting and demonstrating safety leadership by ensuring safe work practices are followed in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a busy office environment combined with an educational background in office administration, business management, accounting, or related discipline would be preferred.
Proficiency working with Microsoft Office, is a must.
Experience in field service administration or in the industrial and/or construction industries would be an asset.
Experience with using computerized purchasing and warehousing systems and/or computerized accounting systems (Syspro) would be an asset.
