Corporate Insolvency Administrative Assistant

This position requires adept handling of administrative duties such as preparing correspondence, recording meeting minutes, and managing schedules. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct a range of administrative and clerical tasks
• Review and create documents including reports and presentations
• Document minutes from meetings and manage archive records
• Maintain team calendars and schedule meetings
• Plan and coordinate travel arrangements as needed
Requirements:
• Preferred post-secondary education in administration
• Administrative experience in a professional context preferred
• Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities
• Competency in managing varied responsibilities
• Capacity to travel between Dartmouth and Halifax offices
