The Opportunity
Harding Medical is searching for an experienced  Order Clerk  to join our Halifax team. If you are a personable, energetic professional dedicated to delivering exceptional support and maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy, you are our ideal candidate! What You Will Do

Enter customer orders accurately, ensuring all required information is complete

Process invoices and payments, and follow up on outstanding balances

Prepare rental agreements and related documentation with accuracy

Update and maintain rental inventory records, including availability, returns, and active rentals

Handle general administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence

Complete clerical tasks including typing reports, maintaining records, and updating databases

Organize and maintain both paper and electronic office files

What You Need To Succeed

Post‑secondary education in Administration an asset

Previous administrative experience

Knowledge of medical terminology or home medical industry experience an asset

Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn new software quickly

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsible, reliable, and able to complete tasks accurately and on time

Clear verbal and written communication skills, including asking questions and escalating issues when needed
