Yavari Medical Inc., a leading healthcare practice in Cape Breton, is hiring a Medical Office Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment supporting patients, physicians, and healthcare operations with a wide range of administrative and clinical coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Communicate with patients and medical staff via phone and email
Manage patient records and confidential documentation
Complete insurance and claim forms
Format medical correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets
Maintain supply inventory and order medical materials
Support billing, financial documentation, and monthly reports
Assist with meeting scheduling and transcribing minutes
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and health protocols
Required Qualifications
Completion of a 1–2 year diploma in medical or business administration
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (medical office preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently
Proficiency in filing, document preparation, and data entry
Work Permit Sponsorship Available
