Become a Project Coordinator for Installation Operations, where you'll provide crucial administrative support to the Install Sales team while managing billing and material orders. Work in a fast-paced environment that values detail.
This position requires delivering administrative support by processing purchase orders and managing invoicing. You will communicate effectively with team members and handle incoming calls, ensuring smooth coordination. Independently resolve issues as they arise while maintaining meticulous filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer support functions for the Install Sales team
• Manage timely and accurate billing and invoicing
• Process purchase orders for required materials
• Professionally direct incoming calls to the right personnel
• Keep administrative filing systems organized and accessible
Requirements:
• Experience using D365 and Microsoft Office a plus
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous
• Relevant administrative experience preferred
