Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, Campus Services, the Central Administrative & Project Coordinator (CORAH) provincial role works closely with the other Coordinators and is responsible for:
Strengthening coordination and alignment across NSCC sites and government partners by ensuring effective communication, standardized operational practices, and accurate reporting in support of provincial objectives.
Playing a lead role in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and tools that enhance efficiency.
Facilitating collaboration and shared learning through coordinated events and cross-site initiatives.
Supporting the growth and sustainability of programs by identifying research and partnership opportunities, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Some travel may be required within and outside the province to attend conferences, meetings, seminars, etc.
Qualifications
The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post‑secondary degree or diploma in health, business or office administration.
You have a minimum of 3 (three) years of recent and related occupational experience in a fast‑paced office environment.
Your occupational experience includes coordination of projects; specifically with research, tracking and analysis.
Experience in the post‑secondary or health sector would be considered an asset.
Experience with the creation and delivery of presentations amongst stakeholders would be considered an asset.
You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
