This full-time administrative role requires functioning under the direction of a Child Welfare Manager to ensure all program activities run smoothly. Responsibilities include preparing various documents, maintaining meticulous client records, and coordinating essential services for staff and clients. Assist with file audits, manage filing systems, and track attendance to uphold program standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely completion of daily administrative tasks
• Create court documents and manage filing processes
• Conduct file audits and ensure form availability
• Coordinate staff travel and agency vehicle usage
• Monitor staff attendance and daily whereabouts
Requirements:
• Minimum one-year Office Administration - General Certificate required
• Two or more years’ experience in child welfare
• Preferred two-year Office Administration Diploma
• Criminal Records Search to be completed
• Class “G” Driver’s License and reliable vehicle access
Support essential activities in child welfare through effective program administration and file management for quality family services.
