Position BDO is seeking an Administrative Professional for the Personal Debt Solutions team, working in‑office.
Responsibilities Assist in preparing, formatting, and proofreading court reports and other legal documents.
Liaise effectively with internal staff and external parties, including legal professionals and court representatives.
Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
Organize and maintain digital files in compliance with confidentiality requirements.
Coordinate with management to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
Support the preparation of court documents for hearings, meetings, and filings.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, email correspondence, and data entry.

Experience & Education Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to liaise effectively with staff and outside parties.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Post‑secondary education; legal background an asset.
Previous experience in Insolvency or Personal Debt Solutions, especially with Toronto Bankruptcy Court an asset.
Highly organized, with ability to work in fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail, time management, organization, prioritization.
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
