In this position, you'll be an essential part of Killam's Corporate Office, delivering customer service between 1 pm and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Your experience and friendly demeanor will help create a positive atmosphere for both tenants and guests. Flexibility for occasional additional hours will enhance department coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct incoming calls efficiently
• Support walk-in guests with welcoming assistance
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby
• Order supplies and coordinate meeting room setups
• Handle mail and courier logistics
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in reception or customer service
• Administration diploma completion preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
