Job Summary

A leader in agri-food processing, the company specializes in the production of apple and fruit purées and is located in the Haut-Saint-Laurent RCM with a team of over 350 employees.

Reporting to the Director - Logistics, the Office clerk - Logistics plans, organizes, directs, controls and monitors the transport of goods. He also manages and tracks customer orders.

• Know and respect at all times the quality standards and food security, health and safety regulations at work and company policies
• Coordinate activities and schedules for truckers
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations
• Compile data on commodity outputs entries using software distribution and information
• Request special permits when necessary
• Monitor apple receptions with CFIA permits
• Prepare and/or coordinate all documents and communications with the CBP and the CBSA for imports and exports
• Coordinate with other departments equipment for import and export
• Update documents and records as required by supervisor
