Make an impact at Nova Scotia Power as an Administrative Assistant IV in Halifax. This full-time, temporary position provides vital administrative support to the Energy and Risk Management team.
Reporting to the Manager, Reporting and Compliance, you will play a key role in supporting around thirty team members with various administrative tasks. Your organizational abilities and attention to detail will ensure compliance with safety standards and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and events
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety
• Process payroll and manage expense reports
• Assist with budget-related reporting tasks
• Support any needed storm restoration activities
Requirements:
• Grade XII education with administrative certification
• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Share Point
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of working independently and effectively
