You will work under general supervision, utilizing your knowledge of departmental procedures, while managing administrative tasks critical to the functioning of various divisions. This position offers a unique opportunity to interact with community members and support four directors in their daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist walk-in applicants and provide information
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism
• Manage supply purchasing for divisions
• Support Directors with scheduling and travel
• Prepare reports from financial data
Requirements:
• Minimum grade 11 education with 4 years' experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent keyboarding ability with accuracy
• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency required
