Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter data in the LAMPSS case management system
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional way
• Manage confidential electronic documents with care
• Track incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
• Prepare reports and summaries using established procedures
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of clerical or administrative experience
• Familiarity with case management systems is an asset
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
