As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will report to the Coastal Planning Team Lead, assisting with work period organization. Your expertise will involve managing data accuracy and supporting the AJISS program for the Royal Canadian Navy. Additionally, you will help prepare work lists, monitor project progress, and liaise with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize data into ERP and EAM systems
• Maintain accurate project schedules via weekly updates
• Highlight scheduling risks and suggest corrective actions
• Prepare progress reports and performance charts
• Ensure compliance with data security regulations
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in project scheduling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or IBM Maximo
• Strong computer literacy with Excel and Share Point
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Military or marine industry experience is advantageous
Contribute your scheduling expertise and analytical skills to support Thales’s naval projects in Halifax.
