• Provide general administrative support to staff members

• Respond to patient inquiries and follow-up calls

• Attend meetings and take detailed minutes

• Maintain team databases and filing systems

• Coordinate clinicians' appointments and manage schedules

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required

• Graduate of an office administration program

• Minimum six months of administrative experience

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office

• Keyboarding speed of 60 wpm or more
