Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to departments and individuals
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars efficiently
• Handle phone inquiries and sort/distribute mail
• Compile and analyze information for special projects
• Mentor and support junior office staff when needed
Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in customer service roles
• Ability to manage confidential information
