The position calls for an organized individual who can handle various operations, including data management and communication with families and staff. As a part of a committed unit, you’ll work collaboratively to manage supplies and maintain essential records, enhancing service delivery in a diverse healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate data entry into systems
• Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies
• Execute transport functions across the department
• Respond to phone inquiries promptly and courteously
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Secretarial or Office Administration Diploma preferred
• Strong keyboarding and data entry proficiency
• Knowledge of Meditech and word processing necessary
• Excellent multitasking and interpersonal skills
