In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to 2 to 3 partners, ensuring all procedures are met in a fast-paced environment. You'll be tasked with managing communications, document preparation, and calendar oversight, making you an essential team member.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and format pleadings and legal documents
• Organize and monitor litigation calendars
• Prepare books of authorities for cases
• Manage communications with clients and court staff
• Provide administrative support to partners
Requirements:
• Legal Secretarial diploma or equivalent training
• Minimum of 5 years in litigation support
• Knowledge of court procedures and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English and French for client communications
