As part of the Nursing department, you will interact with faculty, coordinate admissions, and track student progression in Master’s and PhD levels.
Your role includes generating important statistical reports and supporting committee operations, ensuring smooth administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise effectively with faculty and students for data sharing
• Manage the admissions process and track student applications
• Maintain and monitor confidential student databases
• Assist in report generation for academic stakeholders
• Coordinate meeting logistics for various committees
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ relevant administrative experience
• Excellent computer literacy, particularly in MS Office
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Demonstrated problem-solving and independent decision-making
• Ability to thrive in both team and solo environments
