The Administrative Support position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient operations at MOSH Clinic. You will assist the Clinic Manager in managing appointments, client referrals, and relevant administrative tasks. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving access to primary health care for vulnerable populations in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce and manage administrative documentation and materials
• Organize client appointments and maintain referral processes
• Facilitate communication among patients and clinical staff
• Assist with program data collection and analysis
• Provide reliable support during clinic hours, Monday–Friday
Requirements:
• Educational background in administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
• Experience in a healthcare or community setting preferred
• Familiarity with electronic health records is essential
• Strong attendance and reliability are required
