Position: Halifax Youth Services Coordinator Role
Join Anchor Youth Space in Halifax as a dedicated Youth Services Coordinator. Champion youth empowerment and coordinate essential wellness services for a diverse community.

As a full-time Youth Services Coordinator, you will serve as the initial contact for youth and their families, facilitating access to mental health and other supports.

Your role is crucial for ensuring delivery of holistic services tailored to youth needs, helping foster a sense of belonging and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with the Site Manager and the team, providing vital administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide reception and administrative support at the site

• Foster a positive experience for youth and caregivers

• Assist in program organization and delivery

• Maintain communication and manage schedules

• Ensure the waiting area is well-stocked and welcoming

Requirements:

• High school diploma needed; related post-secondary education preferred

• At least 1 year of relevant youth support experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Knowledge of equity and diversity principles

• Familiar with MS Office and data management systems
