This position requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for candidates who have completed an Office Administration Program. You will utilize your Microsoft Office skills, data entry expertise, and communication capabilities to support the unit's workflow. Emphasis is placed on teamwork and a commitment to Family Centred Care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry and database management duties
• Order and maintain essential supplies for the unit
• Facilitate required transport functions effectively
• Manage phone communications within the unit
• Ensure an efficient clerical operation to support staff
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED is necessary
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Meditech is preferred
• Data entry skills with a minimum of 40 wpm
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Experience in a team-oriented healthcare setting
