As a Justice Officer, you will be instrumental in providing administrative support while serving as the frontline contact for court clients. Key tasks include managing cash transactions, maintaining court filing systems, and scheduling cases. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to court-related requests via various communication methods
• Handle daily cash transactions and prepare cash reports
• Process and manage court documentation and correspondence
• Schedule court cases and maintain the court calendar
• Provide administrative support services and legal information
Requirements:
• One year post-secondary education plus three years related experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in data entry and keyboarding
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies
• Experience dealing with sensitive situations in a public setting
