• Prepare all CCDC orders and purchase orders

• Implement tracking methods for timely material delivery

• Assist with management paperwork for efficiency

• Take comprehensive meeting minutes for effective communication
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of related site experience a plus

• Exceptional organizational capability in handling orders

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and industry tools

• Experience in effective document management
