Reporting to the Coordinator of Administrative Services, this position focuses on providing crucial support to corporate and branch operations. You'll be responsible for general office tasks, such as handling documents, creating polished correspondence, and managing inquiries from staff and management. Your efficient multitasking will be essential to maintaining an organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and reception support to the Corporate Office
• Manage filing systems and document tracking effectively
• Create meeting minutes, presentations, and other necessary documents
• Handle mail deliveries, supply orders, and invoice processing
• Engage with staff to fulfill office support needs
Requirements:
• Three years' experience in an administrative support role
• Completed two-year program in office administration
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite needed
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Your ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks will help CUA redefine banking for its clients.
