In this crucial position, you will provide administrative support with minimal supervision while balancing multiple files for the Executive Directors. You'll prioritize inquiries, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with office protocols. Your expertise in office operations will be key in supporting continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules and correspondence for two Executive Directors
• Coordinate divisional leadership meetings and their materials
• Monitor compliance with deadlines and reporting processes
• Provide quality support on programs and services
• Assist with Human Resources and Financial processes
Requirements:
• One-year business course and 4 years administrative experience
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience creating documentation for ministerial correspondence
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
