Key Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules for two Executive Directors
• Draft and prepare ministerial correspondence
• Coordinate divisional meetings and distribute materials
• Monitor compliance with deadlines for reports
• Support Human Resources and financial processes
Requirements:
• One-year business course and 4 years administrative experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
