Cox & Palmer, a leading Atlantic Canadian law firm, is hiring a full-time Regional Events Coordinator. This position requires 2-3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field. You will manage various client and internal events, ensuring meticulous execution and engaging attendance to bolster business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute client and internal events with precision
• Create event management documents including timelines and budgets
• Oversee maintaining updated client mailing lists
• Write invitations and track responses using e-vite software
• Assist in compiling post-event reports and insights
Requirements:
• University degree or diploma in marketing or related field
• 2-3 years of event coordination experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event marketing tools
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work outside regular hours as needed
