Administrative Assistant in Respirology Clinic

In this role, you will provide essential organizational support to the Respirology Team reporting to the Manager of Children’s Medical Care. Key responsibilities include coordinating clinics, managing patient inquiries, and liaising with families for hospital procedures. Your administrative expertise will contribute to effective communication and quality improvement efforts within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule Respirology clinics, including Cystic Fibrosis appointments
• Coordinate hospital admissions using the Novari Access platform
• Provide front desk coverage and registration support
• Manage phone inquiries and maintain follow-up communications
• Organize meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Graduated from Office Administration or related program
• 6 months related administrative experience required
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs needed
• Minimum keyboarding speed of 60 wpm required
