In this permanent role, you will support daily administrative functions such as scheduling, data tracking, and document preparation. Collaborating with program coordinators and centralized departments, you will contribute to maintaining organized, trauma-informed practices. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a commitment to community service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings for program operations
• Prepare documents, reports, and program materials efficiently
• Maintain organized filing systems following privacy standards
• Support onboarding and logistics for community engagements
• Assist with financial administration and budget tracking
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in administration or related field
• Minimum two years of experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in trauma-informed environments preferred
Utilize your organizational expertise to enhance administrative operations within YWCA Halifax’s Violence to Resilience Department.
