Become part of OPENLANE's dynamic team as a Vehicle Check-In Clerk. This role combines data entry with strong customer service on the afternoon shift.
At OPENLANE, we are looking for a detail-oriented Vehicle Check-In Clerk to aid in our inventory processes. This position demands experience in data entry, with a Monday to Friday afternoon schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST. By ensuring accurate vehicle data entry, you will play an essential role in our operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manually input vehicle data into management systems
• Assign stock numbers, open orders, and register vehicles
• Help with other tasks related to inventory management
• Offer strong customer support to dealers
• Remove plates and print stickers as needed
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license required
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
• Strong customer communication skills
• Readiness to work outdoors under varying conditions
• 1-3 years in office or administration preferred
