We are searching for an experienced AP/AR Administrator to join thier team to ensure our company financial infrastructure and client support are functioning optimally.

This role reports to the CFO.

Key responsibilities include
AP/AR:

Daily approval and data entry of all payables and receivables

Preparation of weekly payables listing, ensure payments are within terms

Support bookkeeping activities as required including reconciliations and month end support

Office Management:

Support reception and office management as needed Since we are a small team, from time to time there will be other tasks as assigned which are related to this role.

Key requirements include

A minimum of 1 years' experience in AP/AR

Proficiency in Quick Books and experience with the MS suite of programs is required

Post-secondary education in accounting, business administration, or equivalent experience required

Experience in full cycle bookkeeping would be an asset

Availability to work on-site at our offices

Exceptional data accuracy and overall organizational skills

Ability and aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment processing large amount of data daily

Strict ethics in maintaining confidentiality of customer information

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
