We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Business Development Executive to lead the charge in expanding Hydro

AI’s reach. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and business strategy, this is your chance to make a real impact.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in hydropower, tidal energy, and environmental monitoring.
• Build strong relationships with utilities, regulators, and research institutions.
• Drive go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and partnership initiatives.
• Lead proposal development for RFPs, grants, and strategic collaborations.
• Represent Innovasea at industry events and regulatory forums.

• 5+ years in business development, preferably in environmental tech, hydropower, or AI.
• A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of environmental compliance and aquatic ecosystems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

• Experience with fish passage systems or aquatic telemetry.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies.
