O’Regan’s Automotive Group is seeking motivated, early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in automotive service operations.
This developmental role provides hands-on exposure across multiple areas of the service department. You’ll gain practical experience, real responsibility, and a strong understanding of how a high-performing service operation runs, all while contributing to daily performance. This position is ideal for recent university or college graduates who want practical experience, responsibility, and long-term growth opportunities within a large organization.
This position is designed to develop strong operational talent for future opportunities as they arise. Growth is based on performance, readiness, and business needs.
What You’ll Do
Support daily operations across the service department, including:
Service advisor support
Parts department assistance
Detail coordination and vehicle flowStep in as a flexible resource during peak periods, vacations, and staffing needsLearn internal systems, processes, and best practicesWork closely with managers and experienced team membersTake on increasing responsibility as you demonstrate capabilityIdentify and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experienceWhat You Bring
