Service Operations Associate

O’Regan’s Automotive Group is seeking motivated, early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in automotive service operations.

This developmental role provides hands-on exposure across multiple areas of the service department. You’ll gain practical experience, real responsibility, and a strong understanding of how a high-performing service operation runs, all while contributing to daily performance. This position is ideal for recent university or college graduates who want practical experience, responsibility, and long-term growth opportunities within a large organization.

This position is designed to develop strong operational talent for future opportunities as they arise. Growth is based on performance, readiness, and business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Support daily operations across the service department, including:

    Service advisor support

    Parts department assistance

    Detail coordination and vehicle flow
  • Step in as a flexible resource during peak periods, vacations, and staffing needs
  • Learn internal systems, processes, and best practices
  • Work closely with managers and experienced team members
  • Take on increasing responsibility as you demonstrate capability
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience

  • University degree or college diploma required (business, operations, management, or related field preferred)
