• Identify and qualify companies for growth in assigned sectors
• Initiate contact and track leads using our CRM
• Develop content for targeted marketing campaigns
• Co-host sales events and trade shows
• Build professional relationships with key decision-makers

• Bachelor’s degree or two-year diploma in related field
• At least three years in direct sales or business development
• Experience in aerospace & defense and/or AI sectors
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Linked In
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
