As the Strategic Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in evaluating suppliers that add value through effective negotiations and compliance management. Your expertise in issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and overseeing the bidding process is essential for ensuring the best selections for the organization. Collaborate closely with internal departments to develop negotiation strategies that align with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with departments to determine contract specifications
• Conduct supplier evaluation and issue RFPs
• Organize and lead negotiations with selected providers
• Ensure legal compliance and necessary approvals
• Present weekly updates to senior management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant education
• Extensive experience in bid processes and negotiations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba preferred
