As a Senior Business Analyst, your role focuses on requirement analysis and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough analysis of business requirements

• Translate needs into functional specifications

• Produce data maps between source and target systems

• Analyze complex data sets for trends and insights

• Lead project coordination efforts for data-driven projects

Requirements:

• 8 years of Business Consulting experience required

• 3 years of SQL expertise and data mapping experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Background in life insurance is preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
