Become a Residential Tenancies Officer 1 with Service Nova Scotia in Halifax. This permanent role requires expertise in adjudication and mediation to effectively manage tenancy disputes and program services.

Key Responsibilities Deliver Residential Tenancies Program services to clients
Administer Condominium Dispute services professionally
Conduct interviews with clients on sensitive issues

Maintain electronic files and manage documentation
Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedural fairness
