In this position, you will work with a dedicated team delivering Residential Tenancies and Condominium Dispute services. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in administrative law. Your responsibilities will include research, financial analysis, and effective written communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Residential Tenancies Program services to clients
• Administer Condominium Dispute services professionally
• Conduct sensitive client interviews
• Analyze evidence and present concise findings
• Maintain electronic files and manage documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and three years related experience
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedural fairness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Office applications and case management software
• Understanding of tenancy policies and regulations
