Become a Residential Tenancies Officer 1 with Service Nova Scotia in Halifax. This permanent role requires expertise in adjudication and mediation to effectively manage tenancy disputes and program services.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative law contexts. Key Responsibilities- Deliver Residential Tenancies Program services to clients
- Administer Condominium Dispute services professionally
- Conduct interviews with clients on sensitive issues
- Analyze evidence and present concise findings
- Maintain electronic files and manage documentation
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedural fairness
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Office applications and case management software
