As part of the Atlantic Client Solutions team, you will provide essential administrative support to Client Solutions Managers. Your detail-oriented approach will allow you to manage client files, process policy changes, and maintain important documents efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain comprehensive client files
• Process policy endorsements and mid-term changes
• Request and manage new business and renewals
• Handle invoicing, binders, and cover letters
• Prepare certificates of insurance and maintain documentation
Requirements:
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Excellent communication abilities in team settings
• Ability to meet tight deadlines effectively
• Experience in administrative support roles preferred
