Product Innovation Manager

Position: Product Innovation Manager Required
Location: halifax regional municipality

Take charge of product innovation as a Product Incubation Manager. Drive software ideas from conception to MVP in a dynamic cross-functional environment.
As the Product Incubation Manager, you will guide new software concepts through the incubation process, prioritizing innovation and validating value propositions. Working closely with industry and engineering teams, you'll ensure that ideas align with product strategy while facilitating workshops and refining product concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product ideas through the incubation process and realization

• Facilitate ideation workshops and refine new concepts

• Challenge early assumptions and business cases effectively

• Understand business needs and translate them into requirements

• Coordinate with engineering on MVP realization
Requirements:

• Degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, or similar

• Approximately 5 years in product development or management

• Experience in cross-functional environments

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Proficiency in English for stakeholder interactions
Lead the charge in innovative product development while driving successful incubation transitions.
