This hands-on position involves coaching consultants to excel in sales and navigate client challenges. You’ll shape how marketing services are communicated and develop strategies for upselling opportunities. Your proactive approach will re-engage consultants and ensure team alignment across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in closing new business through proposals and pricing

• Define marketing service positioning for clients

• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Provide guidance on client challenges to consultants

• Foster robust client-consultant relationships
Requirements:

• 1–4 years in digital marketing or client success

• Background in agency work favored

• Strong communication skills with a commercial focus

• Experience with AI tools for marketing is advantageous

• Desire to step into strategic, client-focused work
